Cooperative Society Forum is intended to unite all bodies in Israeli society that promote a common society and reduce the polarization between the different sectors in Israel - religious, secular, ultra-Orthodox, Arabs, settlers, liberal currents, Ethiopians and any other community or stream in society.
The forum is made up of third sector organizations, Jewish foundations and federations, government ministries and social activists.
Solidarity, mutual trust, social responsibility and tolerance are necessary conditions for a life-seeking society . Israeli society is includes many identities, rifts and divisions, which are manifested in political tensions and even hostility between different parts of society.
In contrast of that, there are many dozens of organizations, foundations, research institutes and social activists in Israel, committed to reduce the rifts and promote ideas of "living in a common society", mutual respect, tolerance and a dialogical approach.
However, despite the actions of many dozens of organizations, thousands of committed volunteers and huge investment of budgets, we are witnessing a deepening of rifts and an increase in hatred between different parts of society - especially during the last two and a half years of political instability.
